# Tier 1 — Confirmed direction and operational closure ## C06-P11-01 — What this completion establishes P11 connects the twenty existing Tier 1 responsibilities to the user's confirmed compact-first Explorer and dedicated manufacturing pair. It supplements T1-SPEC-01–20 and the complete first-expedition chapter. Their original text, identifiers and supplied artwork remain preserved. The new decision record takes precedence over their historical statements that those two visual choices await an initial answer. It does not turn proposed dimensions into production measurements. T1-DEC01 now means: test a nine-block-tall Explorer, a three-by-three main body and a five-by-five maximum fin envelope first; retain a usable physical airlocked cabin; bring any necessary enlargement back for review. T1-DEC02 now means: use REF10 for the Part Fabrication Table and REF09 for the Rocket Assembly Station, with the vehicle constructed at a separate explicitly linked berth. REF15's lower assembly table remains a preserved variant of assembly. These are two mandatory functions, with no additional compulsory assembly-table stage. The closure register maps every canonical asset to its existing specification, evidence, components, ports, operating states and focused acceptance scenarios. Documentation closure means that these responsibilities can be followed and reviewed. Actual player fit, collision, recipes, capacities, persistence, rendering and travel remain unverified here. This slice creates neither final production meshes nor mod implementation. Further engineering begins only under the user's separate explicit mod BUILD approval. ## C06-P11-02 — Minecraft form, texture and illustration rules The user's correction makes the visual standard explicit: SUBSTELLAR assets must retain Minecraft proportions, deliberate cuboids, stepped silhouettes and coarse pixel-texture material blocks. Beautiful directional light and a restrained shader-like atmosphere may frame a concept. The object itself must still look credible beside Minecraft blocks. Photorealistic metal grain, microscopic scratches, individually rendered powder grains, polished product-photography ingots and smooth real-world machinery are outside this direction. For Tier 1, preserve pale casing, orange bands and handling corners, dark mechanisms, navy glass and small blue displays. Shape the Explorer's stepped nose, square window, low hatch, diagonal fixed fins and four-nozzle underside before adding surface detail. Keep the suit's square pack and block-proportioned limbs. Ordinary world surfaces retain the existing proposed sixteen-texel-per-block starting point; texture resolution is a production proposal rather than a demand for large files. Fine symbols may receive a justified local treatment without making every surface high definition. Separate structure from presentation. Major clamps, collars, recesses, covers and moving hatches need an intelligible shape. Small seams and wear belong in sparse pixel marks. A realistic render is not evidence for a new material, manufacturing process or connector. The two diagrams in this supplement are exact explanatory drawings. They establish relationships and disclose uncertainties, while the confirmed reference sheets continue to establish visual identity. ## C06-P11-03 — What the compact candidate actually allows The existing candidate reserves vehicle-local Y 0–1.5 for lower propulsion/support; a vestibule from Y 1.5 to 3.625; a quarter-block pressure partition from 3.625 to 3.875; an upper occupied level from 3.875 to 6; and nose/equipment/antenna space to Y 9. Both occupied height allowances are 2.125 blocks. The working interior is 2.25 by 2.25 inside the three-by-three shell. These numbers reveal useful constraints. If the interior is centred, the difference between three and 2.25 leaves 0.375 block on each side for the entire shell band. It is not 0.375 block of spare storage after structure, insulation, fittings and sockets. A half-block portable tank cannot automatically be hidden wholly inside that band at the same section. Installed housings may differ from portable displays, but must declare their real occupied space. The proposed neutral suit art envelope is one block wide/deep and two high. Each standing allocation therefore leaves only 0.125 block of nominal height above that envelope. The one-by-two outer doorway has zero nominal width and height margin against the same envelope. Neither calculation measures the game's player collider, moving backpack, camera or worn rig; neither proves impossibility. Together they identify the doorway and occupied levels as early fit questions. C06-D10 shows the arithmetic without depicting a successfully fitted cockpit. ## C06-P11-04 — A physical route through the Explorer The measured study must follow one continuous route: ground approach, boarding steps, outer hatch, vestibule, inner pressure hatch and ladder, pilot position, cargo/service reach, then the same route outward. A collection of individually plausible camera views cannot substitute for that route. Begin by reserving the two occupied volumes, then insert actual rig poses, hatch leaves, ladder, seat, console, supply housings and cargo. Any overlapping uses must be resolved visibly. The upper cabin needs a standing/egress position as well as a seated pilot. The forward square window must yield a useful view from the fitted eye point. Opening the exterior while retaining the upper cabin's isolation requires an actual inner boundary with a valid passage opening and closure sweep. Its precise opening and ladder arrangement remain hypotheses; the partition band in the diagram is not a completed hatch design. Two one-block-wide reservations side by side within 2.25 blocks leave only 0.25 block for all separation, so a ladder beside a suited standing pose needs deliberate checking. If the compact arrangement fails, first document the obstruction and examine local arrangement, hinges and installed housings while preserving the silhouette and usable cabin. If those changes cannot solve it, propose the smallest necessary shell or height change with a before/after comparison. Show the consequences for fins, pad, boarding, supply sockets and cargo. The user reviews that enlargement before final dimensions are adopted. Deleting the airlock or presenting an unexplained larger interior is not an acceptable resolution. ## C06-P11-05 — Coordinate evidence and its limits The inherited convention remains bottom-centre origin, +Y up, +Z front and +X right when looking outward through the front. Quarter turns rotate all bounds, ports, normals, approaches and previews together, then apply translation. This is a documentation convention to reconcile with the actual project, not a verified renderer API. On the proposed pad, the Explorer origin is at pad-local (0, 0.5, 0). Its fuel socket (1.5, 2, −0.5) therefore meets the pad coupler at (1.5, 2.5, −0.5); their outward normals oppose. Breathing, power and data follow the same half-block vertical translation. The nine-block craft reaches pad-local Y 9.5. A natural lunar landing uses the surveyed contact plane directly, so it does not inherit the pad's half-block offset. The seven-by-seven deck provides one block beyond the five-by-five maximum fin envelope on each side. The nine-by-nine controlled site includes additional approach and service reservations. Those nested rectangles do not prove fin, hatch or coupler sweeps fit. Departure requires the proposed seven-by-seven clear column through the supported ascent presentation, whose upper transition boundary awaits project evidence. The register preserves the two stepped Fuel Pipe terminal adapters because their offset machine endpoints cannot be replaced by a conveniently drawn straight grid pipe. ## C06-P11-06 — T1-M01: the selected fabrication table REF10 is the selected appearance for the Part Fabrication Table: pale worktop, short supports, orange accents, dark mechanism and angled blue terminal. Retain its proposed two-by-two footprint, two-block maximum height and worktop near Y 1 as fit candidates. The left input, right output, rear power and front interaction anchors stay separate and rotate with the machine. Front and side service space must remain visible in placement studies. A complete component order begins with authorized prepared Earth stock and an available output position. The selected component appears in the bounded work area; clamp/tool motion follows active fabrication. Missing stock highlights the input responsibility, and output full highlights the collection responsibility. An unpowered or paused order holds a settled pose. Completion places the recorded output once. The useful acceptance sequence is hand-load, start, block the output, resume, interrupt, reload and collect. Its evidence must identify consumed stock, remaining stock, work stage and the single output. This is also the service-parts workstation after the first launch, retaining value for repairs and refits. No full-size Explorer appears on its worktop, and decorative tools do not add hidden ingredient types. ## C06-P11-07 — T1-M02: the selected assembly station and berth REF09 is the selected Rocket Assembly Station: broad platform, stout short corner supports, clamps, orange details and blue control. Its proposed three-by-three machine footprint and two-block height sit inside a five-by-five access area. These dimensions remain candidates. The explicitly linked vehicle berth receives the nine-tall craft; the low station surface holds parts and subassemblies. The order identifies one vacant authorized berth, one craft configuration, deposited parts and the next authored construction stage. The earlier proposed twelve-block maximum horizontal origin distance is retained as a local-layout hypothesis, not engine evidence. The association carries an assembly order and visible location, not an occupied vehicle through an item pipe. The station and berth must be eligible within the same managed region. Reserve parts and berth, build the lower structure/engine, install tanks and body, complete cabin/pressure components, fit nose/fins/services, then commission one persistent Explorer. Obstruction pauses before the next stage commits. Cancellation explains already committed construction and returns only the appropriate recorded stock. Refit uses the existing craft identity. C06-D11 separates this assembly association from fuel, breathing, power and mission control. REF15's lower table remains available as a source variant without creating another required manufacturing stop. ## C06-P11-08 — T1-M03 and T1-M04: manufacture and move propellant The Fuel Refinery retains its compact REF15 process housing, top service cover, front information surface, distinct feedstock inlet, fuel outlet and rear power. Its proposed two-by-two-by-two bounds and half-block top-cover allowance require reach and sweep checks. The first recipe must use reachable Earth inputs and explicitly account for every required output. P06/P07 own the connected process description; the Tier 1 entry must reference that same recipe decision. The Fuel Pipe remains a dark block-grid segment with orange collars and fuel-only connections. Straights, elbows, valves and the existing terminal adapters belong to that family. A valve's motion has a declared swept space. Each route names its source, destination, requested target and stop condition. The pipe indicates transfer only while actual transfer progresses. Production and transfer are different states. An idle refinery can feed already stored propellant without claiming to manufacture more. A full receiving tank, broken pipe or incompatible breathing fitting stops before losing quantity. Interrupting or rebuilding a route leaves supply in its recorded containers; the initial design does not invent fluid stock inside decorative segments. A protected return allocation remains unavailable to routine workshop orders. The first lunar round trip carries its propellant from Earth. ## C06-P11-09 — T1-M05 and T1-S01: breathing and equipment services The Oxygen Generator preserves REF15's vented cube and blue display. Its process input, breathing output, electrical connection and human interaction face remain distinct. A supported Earth atmosphere or water-processing route must identify inputs, output and required service stock in the shared industry record. Its current one-block cube is proposed geometry. A Moon placement does not make an Earth atmosphere intake valid. T1-S01 groups refill, dust service, repair and field charging at a stocked host. Its proposed one-by-two rack or shelter-integrated frontage exposes the tank dock, separate cell slot and work/brush area. Integration shares the real reservoirs and inventories through declared connections. It does not create duplicate stock or require a new machine for every service action. The interaction states the task: refill the selected EQ24 tank from SUPPLY02 storage; charge EQ19 from available electrical supply; clean a named joint; repair with EQ27 stock. A brush animation cannot imply replenished oxygen. Missing stock and interrupted charging identify the actual source. Equipment changes owner/location once during a dock operation. Occupied refuge breathing and protected return supply take priority over optional tool or workshop demand. A service point can transfer Earth-carried breathing stock on the first Moon visit without local production. ## C06-P11-10 — T1-M06, T1-M07 and T1-M08: a trustworthy departure yard The Launch Pad comprises foundation/deck, edge markings, indicators, berth and proposed retracting service couplers. Fixed external routes end at the pad edge. Raised couplers connect the parked craft and retract before departure; their swept space cannot push a player aside. A blocked ascent or boarding approach identifies the actual obstruction. A later built lunar pad is convenient infrastructure, while the first arrival and return use valid natural terrain and onboard systems. The Control Console shows one named craft and mission. Its wide screen, shallow worktop, key interaction, rear power and data remain distinct. The leading information is the next concrete blocker: absent hardware, empty supply, unsupported route, occupied berth, missing pilot or unusable closure. Optional cargo receives lower urgency. Turning a Launch Key requests the checked action and never bypasses it. The Storage Crate retains REF15's gray panels and orange corners. The world lid needs its proposed half-block sweep; a mounted cabin access-panel variant avoids opening a lid into the pilot. Reservations mark actual contents. The example six cargo slots do not outweigh a complete safe manifest. Record the shelter kit, breathing, field power, repair stock, survey equipment and protected return provision before optional loads. Unload Earth-carried shelter goods to make useful room for samples. An interrupted cargo move cannot leave the same contents ashore and aboard. ## C06-P11-11 — T1-I01 and T1-I02: structure and propulsion Rocket Part is the manageable structural component family, with REF15's pale perforated piece as its inventory identity. The record maps quantities to installed body, cockpit, nose, fin and support responsibilities. Small inventory dimensions are display bounds; installed meshes have their own declared transforms and spaces. Cosmetic panels do not become extra recoverable components whenever a craft reloads. Rocket Engine / Engine Module remains one managed propulsion-cluster role with four visible installed nozzles, following REF11 and REF15. Preserve the mount, propellant connection, inspection access and four plume origins. A compact workshop icon does not prove the installed lower band can fit every engine and support part. Grounded service must settle the craft, isolate the relevant operation, expose the service point and preserve the existing vehicle identity and supplies. Both roles use available, reserved, installed and service-related states. Structural stage visibility follows a recorded assembly commit. Engine plume follows actual operating state; the four emitters do not become four separately simulated systems without an approved need. The acceptance scene covers missing or incompatible parts, installation, safe service and interruption. Earth-made replacement/service stock must support the first complete trip. ## C06-P11-12 — T1-I03, T1-I04 and T1-I05: supply, knowledge and authorization Fuel Tank preserves its pale vessel, orange band and keyed fuel fitting. Its half-block-wide portable display does not set installed capacity or housing size. Empty, filled, reserved and installed are states of a reusable vessel with actual contents. A fitting, shell or valve cannot occupy the protected cabin passage merely because it was hidden in an illustration. Transfer acceptance checks the source, destination, conserved amount and protected return portion. Navigation Chip / Guidance Chip is one reusable hardware identity, retaining the dark plate, orange contacts and blue centre. Installation must expose recognized hardware, supported routes and the specific reason a route is unavailable. Earth-prepared survey/navigation records support the first lunar journey. The chip does not consume itself at each launch or reveal every cave. Replaceable hardware can recover already earned route knowledge from the established record. Launch Key preserves its orange head and gray shank. Its held and inserted poses reference the same item ownership. A key authorizes only an already permitted operation; it cannot grant another player's inventory, bypass readiness or duplicate itself during a turn animation. Lost-key replacement follows existing ownership recovery. These items need restrained, readable attachment actions rather than large new mechanisms or new mandatory fabrication stages. ## C06-P11-13 — T1-E01, T1-E02 and T1-E03: the complete suited player The Tier 1 Player Space Suit, Space Helmet and Oxygen Tank remain EQ23/EQ24 responsibilities within one understandable protection system. REF12 constrains the square pale helmet, navy external visor, orange bands, dark gloves/boots, chest control and integrated square pack. REF15 constrains the named tank with its prominent breathing valve. Keep the tank attachment within the reviewed pack arrangement rather than adding an unreferenced large cylinder. The neutral one-by-one-by-two suit art envelope is an initial review guide only. Measure standing, head turn, arm/tool reach, crouch, climbing, seated posture, tank access and first-person camera. Normal player collision is the proposed starting direction; worn geometry must still fit visually and operationally. The half-wide portable tank and 0.75-cube helmet display sizes do not replace fitted rig anchors. Ready means required protection parts, valid seals, actual breathing supply and appropriate power. Missing tank hardware, empty contents and service-needed equipment have different remedies. Refill, tank swap and charging have explicit interrupted states. Helmet-only readiness is invalid. Keep the centre view and tool targeting readable; opaque exterior glass does not require an opaque or heavily darkened first-person overlay. Text/icons and optional sound communicate reserves and faults even with restrained effects. A return warning remains usable during movement and service animation. ## C06-P11-14 — T1-S02 and T1-S03: refuge and recovery The Starter lunar refuge keeps its EQ25 kit and Lunar Shelter Controller identity. REF03 supplies its compact pale/orange habitat atmosphere; the seven-by-nine-by-four structure, nine-by-eleven terrain allowance and separate three-by-three approach remain proposed spatial records. A measured interior must contain both airlock closures, a usable sleeping/service cell, circulation, storage and actual supply housings. The terrain allowance alone does not include all forward approach clearance. The first commissioned stage includes the complete protected cell and airlock with Earth-carried breathing and power. Foundation or decorative shell completion is not enough. The independent Explorer remains usable during construction. Commission the refuge before a committed underground descent; local lunar manufacture can improve a later outpost after its input route exists. Expedition Recovery Beacon mode remains a function of EQ26, with its association among participant, craft, refuge and supported return service. Its proposed mast is a context-derived presentation rather than confirmed device geometry. The player can inspect the recognized destination, availability, consequence and next action. Recovery may use an explicit allowance or leave nonessential cargo, but cannot conjure fuel or another Explorer. A blocked home pad, lost key or disabled craft must retain a coherent recorded outcome. An occupied teammate refuge continues its real service budget when its owner departs; an unoccupied managed region parks without catch-up consumption. ## C06-P11-15 — The complete acceptance journey The integration scene begins with reachable Earth stock and ends with useful samples at the same home workshop. Fabricate components, erect and commission one Explorer, make and load actual supplies, test the suit, reserve the full lunar manifest, board through both pressure boundaries and request departure. Test a deliberately blocked output or route and show its remedy before continuing. The scene must demonstrate understandable work, not only a successful launch effect. At the Moon, verify natural support, hatch access, departure space and a feasible refuge plot. Use onboard Earth-prepared supplies and controls. Establish and commission the refuge, complete the conservative first surface/underground loop, load samples, inspect return allocation and return to Earth. Include a changed home-berth case with a supported alternative. First travel never relies on making fuel, oxygen, a pad or an external console on the Moon. Evidence records the actual configuration, rig, cargo, quantities, meaningful state transitions and result. Interrupt assembly, a transfer and a supported travel stage to check that each asset and quantity has one owner/location. Reduced-motion presentation must retain closure state, readiness, cancellation and arrival information. No result is marked passed by this document; these are focused acceptance requirements for future approved implementation and model validation. ## C06-P11-16 — Handoff and remaining evidence The P11 deliverables are this supplement, the twenty-role closure register and two editable diagrams: C06-D10 for the compact candidate's spatial evidence and C06-D11 for the dedicated pair, linked berth and separate services. Source anchors and original visual evidence remain attached to each record. No additional Tier 1 raster generation is needed to replace already confirmed shapes. The remaining geometry evidence is finite: actual rig and camera measurements; continuous boarding/cabin/egress fit; installed tank and cargo volumes; hatch, ladder and coupler motion; all-facing port alignment; and valid natural/pad contact and departure space. The compact-first choice is settled, while final dimensions remain unapproved until this evidence is reviewed. Any necessary enlargement returns as a concrete comparison. Recipe and mission-capacity tuning require the connected industry/material record and future play evidence. Runtime, ownership and persistence claims require committed project evidence. Historical source statements remain accessible with this supplement's current decision status. The documentation can be delivered while those engineering checks remain explicitly open, preserving the distinction between a complete creative specification and a verified game feature.
